Booking information
1. Once we have confirmed that we have availability for your request and you
wish to go ahead with a booking we will email you a conditional reservation
for our products or services that you have requested. You will also be
asked to confirm that you have read and accepted our detailed terms and
conditions.
2. To confirm this reservation, you must reply to our email within 24 hours
with your deposit payment instructions.
3. We will then send you an email confirming your reservation with further
payment details and information on your holiday or activities.
4. Should you not reply or contact us within the 24 hour period indicated, we
cannot guarantee the availability of the reservation for the dates, prices or
services indicated. We may be able to provide alternatives.
