of opportunities for young people involved in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and The International
Award for Young People particularly the Gold Award residential and Expedition sections.

Greece. If you wish you can also study the Greek language prior to your visit as this will be very
beneficial to your project. You will be supported and guided through the process by qualified and

St Albans Girls Group UK Feb 2008
Throughout 2008 we can provide your group [ minimum of 4 people] or individuals with the facility
to complete your expedition on the island of Poros and local area. Just let us know when you want
to come and we will help you with the proposal.
Note for individual participants: If you are not part of a group, For the remainder of 2008 we have
2 dates left for expeditions these will be between 18th October and 1st November.
For all our expeditions you are required to provide all the normal expedition equipment including
food for the expedition. Our program prices include the following.
1.3 nights accommodation in our Odyssey apartments [1 pre and 2 post nights or vice versa]
2. Safety briefing and pre expedition briefing.
3. Route planning and assistance if required.
4. All maps if required.
5. Supervision in Greece, appointment of supervisor [English speaking, other languages available]
6. Assessor in Greece, appointment of assessor [English speaking, other languages available]
7. Liaison and direct assistance, to seek approval with your operation authority or national office.
8. Expedition debrief and project purpose evaluation.
9. 3 breakfasts when staying at our apartments, you choose the days for these.
10. End of expedition party.
